Breakfast,
unhurried.
Each morning we set a continental breakfast in the shared kitchen for our guests. It's not a buffet, and it's not a restaurant - it's a village table, laid simply, with good things from nearby.

What we usually put out.
The offering shifts a little with the season and what's good that week, but this is the shape of it.
- Lapa Bread
- Fresh village bread, cut that morning.
- Croissants & Pastéis
- A small selection of Portuguese pastries.
- Local Cheeses
- Regional cheeses, plated at room temperature.
- Cured Meats
- A few slices of good local charcuterie.
- Jams & Honey
- Homemade jams and honey from nearby producers.
- Yogurt & Fruit
- Yogurt with seasonal fruit.
- Fresh Juices
- Squeezed to start the day.
- Coffee & Tea
- Strong coffee, and tea for those who prefer it.
A shared kitchen,
not a restaurant.
Breakfast is included with your stay. We do not run a restaurant - lunch and dinner are best enjoyed in the village or the wider region, and we're happy to point you toward the places we like most.
The shared kitchen is also open for guests to prepare a simple tea, coffee, or light snack throughout the day.
